Pending Transactions

  1. You must add items to the Pending Transactions page before using it. To do so, follow the instructions in the Inventory Catalog section of the manual on the proceeding page. Items may also be added to pending transactions by other modules such as Scanner Issue.
  2. Tap on the “Pending Transactions” button on most pages (although note that some special modules may have different headings. If that is the case, return to the main menu first).
  3. You can make changes to the items on the Pending Transaction page by tapping on the item. Once this is done, you can make other changes to the pending transaction as described below.
    • By default, when an item is added to the Pending Transactions page, the full quantity of stock shown is added to pending. To change the quantity of units involved in the transaction, change the value in the Units field to the appropriate amount.
    • You can write notes about the units on the transaction by typing them into the Notes field.
    • To remove an item from Pending, Tap on the “Remove this Item” checkbox of a given item, Then tap on Remove Selected.
  4. Tap on the “Submit” button when you are ready to submit the transaction.
  5. You can now chose the type of transaction that you wish to perform.

This will bring up a new window on which you can select the warehouse and location to which you are sending the items using the select boxes in the Warehouses and Location fields, respectively. Once you have selected the warehouse and location to which you are transiting the items, tap on the “Place Units In Transit” button to place the units in transit.
    • To move units between locations within a warehouse, tap on the “Move Units” button. This will take you to a new window on which you can select the location to which you are moving the items by tapping on the select box in the Location field. Once you have selected the location to which you are moving the items, tap on the “Move Units” button to move the units to the new location.
    • To issue units, tap on the “Issue Items” button. This will take you to a new window on which you can select a reason code for the issue. Once you have selected a reason code, tap on the “Issue Items” button to issue the items.
    • To certify or inspect items, tap on the “Certify Items” button. (Note that the items on the Pending Transactions page must have RFID tags in order to certify them.) This will take you to a new window on which you can select whether the items are being certified or inspected and whether they passed or failed by using the select boxes in the Type: and Status fields, respectively. You can also enter notes, the date of certification, and RPM/TL information by typing in the appropriate fields.
